LIVING HEALTHY MADE EASY

Easy Life Meals is a subscription-based program. Many of our customers have had fantastic results thanks to the one-off ordering system and consistent meals at their disposal. Need to change your order, go on hold or cancel your subscription? Not a problem- this can all be done in your Account settings.

INDIVIDUAL FLEXIBILITY

We have a range of meals and snacks to choose from. Simply select the meals and quantity of each you would like to add to your cart. Want to follow a meal plan? Easy- Choose from any of our plans! Should you desire, you are able to alter your order week to week.

FRESHLY DELIVERED

Once your order is placed, we prepare, cook and pack your meals on the day of pick-up or delivery. We are able to deliver throughout Canberra and Queanbeyan. Meals have a seven-day shelf life from the date they are cooked allowing a one of delivery for the week.

ENJOY YOUR MEALS

Your meals are ready as soon as you receive them. Simply store them in your fridge, making note of their expiry date. Should they not be consumed before their shelf life, they can be stored in the freezer. Microwave your meals for 90 to 120 seconds and enjoy the beginning of a healthy lifestyle through Easy Life Meals.

WHEN DOES MY ORDER NEED TO BE IN BY?

All orders must be placed by Midnight Thursday for either a pick-up Sunday, or delivery Sunday. You select which option you'd prefer at checkout.

DO YOU DELIVER TO WORKPLACES?

If you have selected Sunday delivery on checkout, we can deliver straight to your place of work. Please ensure you have included the correct address details in the 'delivery information' section when finalising your order at checkout.

WHAT TIME CAN WE PICK UP OUR MEALS ON SUNDAY?

Our dedicated team rises early to cook the meals fresh every Sunday, ready for the week ahead. If you have selected the 'pick-up' option at checkout, you can collect your meals between 5 pm - 6:30 pm from our kitchen located on the Ground floor at 151 Northbourne Avenue, Turner, ACT 2612. Just follow the happy customers leaving with their brown boxes.

HOW DO YOU DELIVER YOUR MEALS?

We don't trust delivery companies to uphold our standards, so we have our own, highly trained delivery drivers that deliver your meals. These drivers carefully load the meals early each Sunday into our refrigerated vans and ensures they are loved and cared for throughout the whole process. Have a question about the delivery? WHAT IF I AM NOT AT HOME?

If you have opted for your meals to be delivered to your home rather than your work, do not stress, as you do not have to be home for us to deliver the goods. Our packaging has been designed to keep your meals fresh for 6-10 hours before placing into your fridge. DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERIES?

Yes. We charge $5 for delivery unless you order over $80. If you opt to pick-up, we do not charge.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?

Yes, there is a minimum order quantity of 5 meals for the website to allow you to checkout.

WHAT DO I DO WITH THE INSULATED BOXES?

We are environmentally conscious, so we endeavour to reuse as much packaging as possible. Please leave the box, insulation and ice pack outside next Sunnday after your next order, bring them back when you next pick-up. Alternatively, you can drop it off at our pickup location at any time.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We are a Canberra based company and currently, deliver to Canberra and Queanbeyan only.

WHAT DO I DO IF I DIDN'T RECIEVE EXACTLY WHAT I ORDERED?

We have fantastic staff that has great attention to detail when it comes to packing the thousands of meals we send out every week. However, if you feel you didn't receive exactly what you ordered, contact us on 1800 842 077 to have it rectified.

WHAT IS THE NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION OF THE MEALS?

You can find full nutritional panels under the product description of each meal. The basic nutritional information is also on your meals packaging.

DO YOUR MEALS CONTAIN ANY PRESERVATIVES?

We strive to use the freshest local ingredients for all our meals and therefore use no preservatives. We also make all our sauces from scratch, every week.

DO YOUR MEALS HAVE A USEBY/BEST BEFORE DATE?

Meals have up to a 7-day shelf life. However, we recommend consuming meals containing fish within three days after the 'made on' day located on the packaging. Alternatively, you can freeze these meals to last the full 7-days.

CAN YOUR MEALS BE FROZEN?

We prefer our meals to be consumed fresh for the full Easy Life Meal's experience when the meals are at their highest nutritional and flavour quality. However, all our meals can be frozen if you so wish.

ARE YOUR MEALS HALAL?

Yes, all our meals are Halal except for Lamb.

ARE YOUR MEALS GLUTEN AND DAIRY FREE?

We have a very diverse menu that contains meals that are gluten, dairy and nut free. You can filter the products by selecting the buttons on the order page.
